LIFESAVER AWARDS

The SADS UK Annual National Lifesaver Defibrillator Awards are hosted by the national cardiac charity SADS UK. The Celebratory Dinner and evening was set up to honour people who are using taking action to save lives when they witness or are called to the scene of a cardiac arrest emergency. The emotional and heartwarming evening is attended by eminent cardiologists, paramedics and organisations who promote early CPR and defibrillation. SADS UK is proud that the Resuscitation Council (UK), the College of Paramedics, St Johns Ambulance and Ambulance Service Trusts around the country support the SADS UK National Lifesaver Awards.

SADS UK Patron Dr Hilary Jones, Good Morning Britain, presents the Lifesaver Awards to people who have been instrumental to saving the life of a friend, colleague, pupil or someone who needed urgent assistance after suffering a sudden cardiac arrest.
